RoHS DIRECTIVE

RoHS Directive (2015/863)
was enforced on 31 March, 2015 by the EU (European Union). The Regulations implement EU Directive 2002/95 which bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels.

Strict quality control procedures are not only requested by Samson internally, we also request our suppliers to follow. The suppliers should provide the test/ compliance statement for every batch of material supplied to Samson as a proof of RoHS compliant.

Again, from procurement of raw materials, we will use "Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer " for testing material so as to ensure our end product is of RoHS compliant.
