Samson Electric Wire Co. Ltd warrants that all products will be free from defect in workmanship and material, under proper use and service, for a period of one year from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect or other failure not caused by misuse or damage of the product, we will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or refund the product at its purchase price.

This Warranty applies only if .,

• we have received a written notice (better with pictures) from the Buyer giving details of the defective item before the end of the Warranty Period;
• we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item in question;
• the Buyer has provided at its expense all assistance and support needed by us to fulfill obligations under this Warranty.
